What do you get when you mix gorgeous fabrics, a bevy of talented quilters and one blog hop? You get eye candy for days! I was thrilled to get to work with another fabulous signature collection for designer pal Sherry Shish of Powered by Quilting. The vibrant fabrics inspired my fun little project. Want to see them?
See! Aren't they lovely?
With so many lovely fabrics, there's no wrong combination. But....there in lies the challenge. Which fabrics do I use? And in what design?
Do you ever struggle with those decisions? I usually have a fairly modern and simple asthetic - and I went with that for this project as well.
For 2024, I have a plan to launch a series of miniature quilts. This was a terrific opportunity to expand on the line of miniature quilts!
Introducing Oasis! This perfectly fun and easy little miniature finishes at 21" x 28". I love miniature quilts because they stitch up quickly, and give me the perfect opportunity to try blocks in different color and fabric combinations. And they are easy to display - because I can find wall space for all of them! Grab your own Oasis pattern here!
