Welcome to 2024!!!  Woohoo!  And appropriately enough, the theme for this month's Quilt Block Mania is PARTY!!!  I don't know about you, but I'm ready for a good party!  The blocks this month are so much fun. You are going to want to make them all!

Quilt Block Mania: Hey Pumpkin!

 

Fall means different things to different folks.  For me, it is crisp air, bright blue skies, and swirling leaves.  But above all that, nothing says fall to me more than pumpkins!

Quilt Block Mania - Floral Blocks and Coneflower

 

March is here, and with it a brand new Quilt Block Mania roundup!  This month's theme is Floral.  I decided to share one of my favorite flowers - the coneflower - with you!

I've colored it in my favorite Kismet batik line from Island Batik - and yes, you can get kits!  Just head over to the website to grab yours.  Like February's block, the Coneflower block is fused, which makes it quick and easy!

July Quilt Block Mania Block: Vintage Radio

Looking for some fun summer themed blocks?  Great - this month, the Quilt Block Mania theme is Music, and there are a LOT of amazing and different blocks to capture the sounds of summer!

My block is Vintage Radio Block - and it is an easy pieced block that brings back memories of listening to AM radio by the pool.  But stitcher warning - it has super small skinny strips.  Doable - but take your time. And there is JUST a bit of fusible applique too!
